CANCELLATION POLICY

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

Here at Cosmedispa we have a 48 hour cancellation policy, due to the high demand for appointments and a large cancellation list. Any cancellations that occur 48 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.

Clients who make a booking and subsequently fail to present for their designated appointment and/or fail to contact the clinic to cancel or reschedule their appointment outside of the 48 hours notice period will result in a loss of deposit or prepaid item. To keep it fair for each client, we do not have leniency towards clients with illness. All bookings that have not followed our cancellation policy will receive a no-show on their file.

Unfortunately we can not issue refunds for cancelled appointments.

 

Deposits:

All new clients are required to pay a $50 deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are redeemable in clinic off treatments or products if purchased on the day. Clients who have two or more no-shows on their file will be required to pay a $50 security deposit for each future booking. 

Consultations:

Consultations are complementary provided a purchase in clinic is made. If a purchased is not made in clinic upon consultation, the booking with incur a $50 charge. This may be covered by a deposit if on file.
