The Corrective Combo Genesis is a specifically curated skin treatment that targets pigment lesions and broken capillaries to even the skin tone by combining the Excel V+ and Genesis Lasers! The treatment begins by using the Excel V+ Laser, an advanced modality targeting the reds and browns present in the skin. It is then combined with Laser Genesis – a non-ablative laser (meaning it won’t make you peel) which works into the dermis layer of the skin to stimulate collagen and erase redness.
In a few short treatments the Excel V+ laser, can give your skin an even tone and radiance. The aim of this treatment is to remove unwanted blemishes like age spots and broken capillaries so you can go bare face, no makeup needed – just confidence!

How and what does the Excel V+ laser treat?
The Excel V+ treats rosacea, facial veins, age/brown spots and acne scars through an advanced aesthetic laser technology, combing two precise, targeted wavelengths to eliminate unwanted reds & browns on the face and body!
How many treatments are required?
Depending on your skin concern you could be happy with your skin in as little to 1-2 treatments. However, the number of treatments will vary based on the severity of skin conditions and concerns.
Does it hurt?
The treatment sensation is compared to a quick rubber band snap against the skin. Throughout your procedure, a cooled tip is held to the skin to maximise comfort.
Is there downtime involved?
Redness/swelling can be expected depending on the type of treatment performed, which typically resolves in 24-48hrs. pigmented lesions will darken and slough off after 3-5 days.

The Laser Genesis is then performed after the Excel V+, it is a non-ablative treatment that can also be performed on its own or combined with other treatments like the Excel v+, skin needling and peels. It works by stimulating collagen and elastin production to diminish the signs of aging and photo-damage. Plumper and brighter skin can be expected!
How does Laser Genesis work?
Laser Genesis delivers micro pulses of energy, stimulating the body’s own collagen remodelling to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and pigmentation. It also targets broken micro vessels with our green genesis setting, to reduce facial redness. Although the individual treatment results are subtle, the overall effect of a series of treatments is dramatic!
What does it feel like?
The sensation is described as a gentle warming of your skin’s surface, like that of warm rain. Many of the staff regularly have a laser genesis treatment as a skin boost, we find the treatment to be extremely comfortable and relaxing.
How many treatments are required?
A series of 3-6 treatments is recommended, depending on the skin concern. Improvements are gradual and are seen over a series of treatment, with results continuing to improve for months after the last treatment. To sustain results over time we recommended ongoing maintenance treatments.
What are possible side effects?
The laser genesis procedure is non-invasive, you can notice a slight redness to your skin that resolves within a few hours. There’s minimal downtime so makeup can be applied, and you can continue on with your daily activities.
