We have brought back one of our favourite treatments, the fire and glow, that combines skin needling and the Excel V+ modality using Laser Genesis and Dermastat spot treatment, dubbed the real life airbrush to reduce fine capillaries and pigmented lesions. . Skin needling works by creating microscopic puncture wounds in the skin, causing a controlled trauma to the skin, and stimulating the body’s natural wound healing response. Collagen and elastin production is increased and here we see many benefits like:

How many treatments do I need?
The recommended number of treatments will depend on your skin concerns and goals; however a simple guide can be anywhere between 3-6 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart.
Is there any downtime?
We extensively go over your post-procedure experience in clinic prior to your first treatment. You can expect redness for 24-48 hours post treatment, as well as visible tightening of this skin. Over 7 days post treatment your skin will naturally shed layers and can feel like sandpaper. We recommended to follow your prescribed homecare to maximise results and minimise complications.
What’s involved in the treatment process?
We first take photos of your clean skin so we can visibly track your results. Then we cleanse any dirt, makeup or impurities off and begin with skin needling. If you require, you can add on a topical numbing agent to aid on comfort during this process. After skin needling, we move onto the Excel V+ treatments, spot treating with the Dermastat then using the Laser Genesis which feels similar to warm rain on the face. Post treatment enjoy a peptide mask to hydrate and plump the skin, as well as taking home a Cellbone Hydra Repair Gel serum – an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial agent that assists with soothing and calming the skin whilst offering skin protection and assisting in wound healing.
